  1. How do I start off?

    Just go to the shop and add your products by clicking on the BUY NOW button and you are done!
  2. Is it neccessary to have an account to shop?

    No, while it is not necessary to have a Glass Skin account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop and checkout by providing just your email ID.
  3. How do I pay?

    Mode of payment is via netbanking
  4. Is there a delivey charge?

    No, all our deliveries are free.
  5. How fast do you deliver?

    We normally dispatch our orders within 2 business days after an order is placed. Orders will reach within 3-5 working days to most destinations after it is dispatched.
  6. What if a product is out of stock?

    There is an option for preorders for products that are out of stock. Preorders will require prior payment for an order to be confirmed. Note that preorders will take at least 4 weeks to reach your address.
  7. Are there any hidden charges?

    No, There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Glass Skin. we believe in transparent pricing and the price you see in your cart is the price you pay.
  8. Can I cancel my orders?

    Yes, you can cancel your orders provided we have not already dispatched it. To cancel your order please contact us
  9. What if the product was opened/damaged/expired?

    If the product was not as per expectations, please contact us so that we can either replace or return the faulty product.
  10. What is your return policy?

    All products sold at Glass Skin are covered under our 10 Day Replacement Guarantee. Contact us of any problems, damages or defects within 10 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost or refund your amount,provided that the damaged product is returned to us.
