Dry Body Brushing is a method of body exfoliation that has been used in many cultures for centuries and is now having a resurgence due to new wellness trends. Dry brushing sloughs off top layer of dead skin cells giving our skin a smooth, radiant texture. Dry brushing has many benefits and is said to energize body by increasing blood circulation in the body, stimulates lymphatic drainage to smooth skin's surface, evens out cellutite, dry patches & bumps. It also prevents ingrown hairs by clearing dead flaky skin under skin's surface.

Buildup of dead skin cells can make skin look dull, lacklustre so dry brushing helps in revealing radiant, softer, smoother, luminous skin. It helps to effectively absorb body moisturizers after usage.

Directions to use: Begin at your feet, moving up the body towards the heart(Feet to thigh, hands to underarms etc). Use long sweeping strokes in the direction of the heart. But avoid direct usage on heart, chest and face. Further, avoid usage on broken skin, eczema, psoriasis, sunburns, rashes, sensitive areas etc. Use lighter strokes in thinner skin areas and higher pressure on thicker skin respectively. It can be used daily on normal skin, or 1-3 times weekly depending on skin condition.

Wash the dry brush with lukewarm water and soap after a week or two of usage. Dry brush with detachable long handle.
